If you have 3+ years of IT support experience, experience onboarding new users to 365, and are looking for your next career move, apply now.Job DescriptionThe Data Migration Field Support Technician will be responsible for supporting data migration efforts for our client. This includes deploying new hardware, configuring devices, migrating emails and documents, and providing responsive technical support to end users. This will be a full time opportunity and onsite. What You'll DoInstall, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop computing hardware, printers, and peripheral devicesCoordinate and migrate customer data from decommissioned devices to new equipmentSet up and maintain software on mobile devicesCollaborate with IT colleagues to process equipment shipments, surplus assets, and maintain inventory recordsProvide support for office moves, additions, and changesCorrespond with users and staff to provide timely updates on issue resolution and task progressEscalate complex issues to the technical services team as neededTest, troubleshoot, and validate new hardware and applications in collaboration with IT staffAttend meetings and maintain communication with leadership and stakeholdersWhat You'll NeedRequired:Minimum of 3 years of IT support experienceExperience onboarding users to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) and addressing user queriesProficiency in migrating emails and documents to M365 Outlook and OneDriveStrong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 2016, including mail, calendar, and contact exports/importsExcellent communication skills and a customer-focused approachPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldKnowledge of Active Directory users, computers, and policiesBasic network troubleshooting (wired and wireless), including ping and trace route diagnosticsFamiliarity with court processes and information systemsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor#LI-KW1Reasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$24 - $28 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
