Your ability to adapt and handle a variety of patient conditions independently will be essential in this role. Provide comprehensive nursing care to acute rehab patients, including those with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, oncology, limb loss, trauma, and general debilitationCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plansMonitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessaryFloat across all campuses and like units as requiredMaintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMRQualifications: Active Iowa or compact/multistate RN licenseAmerican Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certificationNeed 2 years experience in settingProficiency in caring for brain injury, limb loss, and spinal cord injury patientsCompletion of at least one successful travel contract within the previous 24 monthsNIHSS certificate is appreciatedApply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
