Become a part of our caring community As a Center Administrator, you will plan and direct the work of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting.Location: CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at: 4001 S Decatur Blvd, Unit 25 Las Vegas, NV 89103As a Center Administrator, you will perform clinical duties such as:You will work within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problemsYou will collaborate with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approachYou will help develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility and work closely with clinicians to ensure optimal patient outcomesYou will make decisions typically related to schedule, plans and daily operationsYou will perform escalated or more complex work of a similar nature, and supervises a group of typical support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associatesYou will ensure consistency in execution across teamYou will hold team members accountable for following established policies.Required QualificationsCan work on-site at assigned Center(s).Have over 5 years of operational leadership experience within a multi-physician office or clinical group, including front of house management and clinical operations. Additionally, have direct leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams.Primary Care experience, full-risk VBC experience, understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations.Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systems and knowledge of various software tools.Interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with multiple people. This includes physicians, office staff, hospital executives, medical groups, IPA's, community organizations, and other health plan staff, both internally and externally.We consider this job patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
