Wellspring Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities : Hospital Flow Management: Actively assist in daily workflow to ensure efficiency with appointments, timely patient care, and smooth coordination between departments. Dental & Surgical Coordination: Collaborate with our doctors onthe dental and surgical schedules to support safe and efficient procedures. Patient Care: Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to animal patients. Schedule : This is a Full-Time position with availability needed weekdays and rotating Saturdays. Full-Time Benefits and Compensation ** Compensation: $18.50-$20 per hour, for each hour worked* Bonus Package: Up to $2,000 CE Allowance: $500 for first year of employment & $1,000/year for every year following for RVTs Health Package: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (with HSA options) Life Insurance and Disability Employee Assistance Program 401k options Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law Long-term professional growth Minimum Qualifications and Skillset : Strong clinical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, surgery, and patient care Skilled in venipuncture and IV catheter placement Able to clearly and effectively educate clients on their pet's treatment and care.
