Job DescriptionAramark SeniorLIFE+ is building a pipeline of experienced Director of Dining Services leaders to support our partnership with Asbury Communities. This senior leadership role oversees a full-service dining program within a high-end senior living environment, focused on delivering consistent, high-quality food and service while enhancing the resident experience. Aramark partners with leading organizations to deliver integrated dining and facilities solutions that improve quality of life, strengthen operations, and support long-term success. Position SummaryThe Director of Dining Services provides both strategic and operational leadership for community dining programs. This role leads dining and culinary teams, partners closely with client leadership, and ensures consistent execution across all service areas. The position requires a leader who can drive performance, build strong teams, and maintain a high standard of hospitality in a structured, service-driven environment.Job ResponsibilitiesDining Operations LeadershipLead all dining operations, including multiple service venues and resident dining programsEnsure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and hospitality expectationsAlign culinary and service teams to deliver a strong, resident-focused experienceTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and develop managers and frontline teamsBuild a strong culture of accountability, performance, and serviceEstablish clear expectations and support team growthClient & Community PartnershipServe as a key leader within the community environmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with client and community stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery and overall experienceFinancial & Operational ManagementManage budgets, cost controls, and financial performancePartner with finance and operations leaders to improve efficiency and outcomesDrive operational discipline across all areas of responsibilityCompliance & StandardsEnsure compliance with all regulatory and company standardsMaintain safety, sanitation, and operational consistencyUphold Aramark policies and expectationsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. QualificationsExperience in senior living, CCRC communities, healthcare dining, or upscale hospitality environments preferredBachelor?s degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business ManagementStrong focus on client service, business growth, and operational leadershipEffective communication skills with clients, senior leadership, and internal teamsAbility to interpret and execute against contractual requirementsMeaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environmentsProven ability to lead through other managersExperience managing budgets, financial controls, and operational analysisExperience developing and executing operational programs and initiativesThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
