Experience: • 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years. • Experience with Cerner is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. • No current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - SMP St. Andrews. Additional Details: Special Requests: - At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Shift & Scheduling: - Day/night rotation; with modified self-scheduling. Nothing is finalized until the schedule has been balanced, and travelers are asked to be flexible to help fill gaps in permanent scheduling. - Usually every other weekend; may be 2 out of 4 weekends. Unit notes list every other to every 3rd weekend. - Rotating holidays; may be asked to participate in the holiday rotation. - No call.
