Description Job Title: Program SpecialistLocation: Temple, Pennsylvania (On-site/in-community)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $48,000 annuallyDate Posted: 03/20/2026About the RoleWe’re hiring a Program Specialist to support our residential programs across Pennsylvania. In this role, you’ll oversee the daily operations and compliance of community living arrangements (CLAs). You’ll be responsible for ensuring that residential sites are well-maintained, records are accurate and up to date, and that staff are supported and working as a cohesive team to provide a healthy and safe environment for individuals served.
