Please take this into consideration when applying.Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-clean deskAbout the Inbound Mailroom Team Lead RoleConduent is looking for an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead that thrives working in a fast-paced production environment with a willingness to learn and ability to oversee and manage a team of up to 40 people.The Inbound Mailroom Team handles a large volume of claims each day that need to be sorted, scanned, and processed. As an Inbound Mailroom Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with the employees. You will assist with managing workload, ensuring targets are met in a timely fashion and assist the team in troubleshooting any issues.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for day-to-day management of inbound mailroomResponsible for processing of specialized PO boxesOversee and manage team attendance/absencesMaintain order in the workroomBe ready to work hands on to meet deadlinesAssist with hiring new team membersDriving company vehicle if neededResponsible for other tasks as assignedRequirements:Proficient computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Office)Excellent communication skillsTime management skillsMust be over 18 years of ageMust have a High School Diploma or GED Must pass a background checkAble to lift up to 40lbs Must have a valid driver's license Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.
