Nurses work closely with interdisciplinary teams to care for patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders. We offer structured scheduling, strong leadership support, and a culture that promotes work-life balance and professional growth. How you'll contributeA Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientPerforms timely and accurate QI assessments What we're looking forApplicants should have a current RN license in the state of North Carolina and graduate from an accredited nursing program. Additional requirements include:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hireCrisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 30 days of hireOne year of nursing experience preferredBehavioral Health or Psychiatric experience preferredStrong communication, critical thinking, and de-escalation skillsAbility to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situationsCommitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Schedule3x12, Nights (7p-7a), rotating weekends Sign on Bonus: $10,000   Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
