You should be comfortable managing your own operatory flow, working independently when needed, and maintaining the standard of care our patients expect from a 5-star practice.Required:▸ Active FTDA, CDA, or EFDA certification.▸ General restorative assisting experience across multiple procedure types▸ Ability to take impressions and fabricate temporary crowns and restorations▸ Proficiency with digital imaging: X-rays, CBCT, and Panoramic systems▸ Inventory control and supply management▸ Confidence working independently and managing your operatory setup, turnover, and breakdown without directionStrongly Preferred:▸ Dentrix software experience▸ Strong computer and problem-solving skillsWHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY▸ Provide chairside support during all procedures, anticipating needs and maintaining efficiency▸ Prepare and break down operatories to your own high standard▸ Operate digital imaging systems including intraoral X-ray, CBCT, and Panoramic equipment▸ Maintain rigorous sterilization and infection control protocols▸ Support clinical workflow, daily operations, and supply/inventory managementABOUT OUR PRACTICEWe are a well-established, boutique multi-specialty dental practice known in our community for quality care and strong patient relationships.
