Overview: PT Specialists of Beverly Hills, a Prestigious Orthopedic physical therapy group and a member of the Confluent Health Family, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our amazing team at our office in Beverly Hills!  Great opportunity for aspiring healthcare professionals to learn the business side of healthcare! Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shiftsLocation: In-office – Beverly Hills, CA 90211Pay Range: $22–~$23+/Hour BOEMedical office experience required! Our Full-Time Employees Enjoy these Amazing Benefits: 401(k) (up to 4% matching opportunity!)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance Responsibilities: You’ll Achieve Success By:  Managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service.Verifying insurance coverage, processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.
