Position: Outpatient Surgical Center ManagerWe are seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and proactive individual to oversee daily operations across our outpatient surgical centers. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting locations in Brooklyn and the Bronx, Monday through Friday.This position requires a dynamic professional who can effectively balance both administrative oversight and clinical support functions to ensure seamless operations, high-quality patient care, and an efficient workflow.Key Responsibilities:Operations & Administrative Management:Oversee day-to-day center operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance with established protocolsManage front desk functions including patient check-in/check-out, registration accuracy, and overall patient experienceCoordinate scheduling workflows, procedure calendars, and provider availability to optimize utilizationMonitor and maintain supply inventory, including ordering, stocking, and vendor coordinationEnsure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and documentation requirementsAssist with reporting, tracking key performance metrics, and communicating updates to leadershipClinical Support & Patient Flow:Support clinical staff and providers to ensure smooth patient flow from intake through dischargeAssist with room turnover coordination and maintaining readiness of procedure roomsHelp facilitate pre-op and post-op processes, ensuring all required documentation and preparations are completedAct as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams to minimize delays and improve efficiencyEnsure adherence to patient safety protocols and high standards of careStaffing & Team Coordination:Assist with staff scheduling, coverage coordination, and daily workflow adjustmentsProvide on-the-ground support to both clinical and administrative staff as neededFoster clear communication between front desk, clinical teams, and backend operationsHelp onboard and train new staff on workflows and operational proceduresCommunication & Coordination:Serve as a key point of contact between on-site teams and backend operations, including billing, credentialing, and leadershipEnsure timely and accurate communication across all departmentsTroubleshoot operational issues in real time and implement effective solutionsQualifications:Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environmentPrior experience in an outpatient, surgical center, or medical office setting preferredFamiliarity with clinical workflows, compliance standards, and patient care processes is a plusThis role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative in both clinical and administrative settings to ensure a high-functioning and patient-centered environment.
