This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, driving team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What We OfferTake-home vehicle + fuel cardInsurance available after 31 days (low-cost plans available)Dental, vision, HSA/FSA401(k) with company matchPaid time off + paid holidaysCompany-paid life insuranceOngoing HVAC training and career advancement opportunitiesStrong leadership support and team environmentWeekly direct deposit Responsibilities: As an HVAC Field Service Supervisor, you will:Lead, coach, and develop service technicians, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementSupervise daily field operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to company standardsAssist technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical support in the field and remotelyMonitor and improve team productivity, quality of work, and customer satisfactionResolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experienceReview and audit work orders, service reports, and payroll for accuracyConduct job site visits, vehicle inspections, and equipment auditsEnsure proper use and maintenance of tools, materials, and company assetsCoordinate with dispatch to optimize scheduling and job assignmentsMaintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local codesThis position offers strong earning potential, leadership growth, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on team success and operational performance.
