Senior Facets Configuration AnalystLocation: Remote Employment Type: Full-TimeJob ID: 00068641811About the roleAs a Senior Facets Configuration & Integration Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting the configuration and validation of the Facets core claims platform for a healthcare Proof of Concept (POC). This role focuses on benefits configuration, claims processing alignment, and ensuring expected adjudication outcomes. You will be a valued member of the System Integration team and will collaborate closely with claims, EDI, and testing stakeholders to deliver accurate and reliable claims results.This is a remote position, open to qualified applicants.In this role, you will:Configure Facets components to support healthcare claims processing scenarios, including benefits, pricing, rules, and related configuration elementsValidate Facets configuration against expected claims adjudication outcomes and parity resultsPartner with System Integration and EDI teams to ensure Facets configuration aligns with incoming HIPAA transactions (837) and expected remittance outputs (835)Analyze and troubleshoot configuration-related issues impacting claims adjudication, testing, and parity validationSupport testing and validation cycles by reviewing end-to-end claim scenarios and outcomesDocument configuration approaches, decisions, dependencies, and assumptions to support POC deliverables and downstream teamsWork modelWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
