Our office is fully equipped with advanced technology and driven by a commitment to innovation, precision, and patient outcomes.Schedule:Surgical schedule 2–3 days per weekAdministrative/planning time built into scheduleFridays off or early dismissalDuties & Responsibilities:Assist in oral surgery procedures including dental implants and full-arch casesSet up, monitor, and support IV sedation proceduresPrepare and maintain surgical instruments and operatory setupsCoordinate and plan complex surgical cases with the clinical teamOrder and manage surgical and dental supplies efficientlySupport and help lead clinical team members including assistants and sterilization staffMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocolsDeliver exceptional patient care throughout the surgical experienceRequirements:3–7+ years of experience in oral surgery, periodontics, or a surgical dental settingStrong experience with dental implants and IV sedationFamiliarity with CBCT, 3D imaging, and digital workflows (3Shape preferred)Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailProven track record of reliability and long-term employmentPay & Compensation:Competitive hourly pay based on experiencePerformance bonuses (averaging 12%–34% above hourly earnings)Sign-on bonus up to $1,000 for highly qualified candidatesMedical, dental, and vision benefits$1,200 annual in-house treatment benefit (transferable to family)Ongoing training and continuing education opportunitiesTechnology & Facilities:CBCT and advanced 3D imagingDigital workflows and intraoral scanningFully modern surgical suitesAdvanced implant systems and guided surgeryTeam & Growth Environment:We foster a positive, team-driven culture where growth, training, and excellence are prioritized.
