Position:CloudHealth Partner Team-Field Sales RepresentativeJob Description:Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-impact, hunter-oriented Field Sales Representative to drive net new Managed Service Provider (MSP) acquisition for CloudHealth. This role is focused on identifying, recruiting, and closing new MSP partners who will embed CloudHealth into their FinOps, cloud management, and managed services offerings.The ideal candidate thrives in greenfield environments, excels at building pipeline from scratch, and understands the MSP ecosystem, partner economics, and co-sell motions with hyperscalers and channel partners. This is a strategic growth role responsible for expanding CloudHealth’s partner-led revenue and ecosystem footprint.What You'll Be DoingNet New MSP AcquisitionIdentify, prospect, and close new MSP partners across target segments (regional, national, and global MSPs)Build and execute territory plans focused on net-new partner recruitment and activationDevelop compelling value propositions for MSPs delivering FinOps-as-a-Service and cloud optimization servicesPipeline Generation & HuntingCreate and manage a consistent pipeline of net-new MSP opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, and ecosystem engagementOwn the full sales cycle from discovery to signed partner agreement and first revenueConsistently exceed quarterly and annual net-new partner and revenue targetsPartner Business DevelopmentPosition CloudHealth as a core platform within MSP managed services portfoliosAlign CloudHealth solutions to MSP service offerings including FinOps, cost optimization, governance, and multi-cloud managementDrive joint business planning with newly recruited MSPs to accelerate time-to-revenueCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Key Account Executives and Partner Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and enablement of new MSPsCollaborate with marketing on targeted MSP campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiativesWork closely with hyperscaler alliances (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support co-sell opportunities with MSP partnersMarket IntelligenceProvide field insights on MSP trends, competitive positioning (FinOps platforms, cost tools, and native hyperscaler solutions), and pricing dynamicsMaintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene for all net-new partner activityWhat We're Looking For5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, cloud, or FinOps solutionsProven hunter track record of landing net-new logos or partnersExperience selling into or recruiting Managed Service Providers (MSPs), VARs, or cloud partnersDemonstrated success building pipeline through proactive outbound effortsPreferred ExperienceBackground in cloud economics, FinOps, or cloud management platformsFamiliarity with MSP business models, margin structures, and managed services packagingExperience working within a channel-first or partner-led go-to-market modelKnowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystemsWork ArrangementFully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.What's In It For You: At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
