Centers Health Care is looking to hire an experienced Regional Registered Nurse (RN) Educator to join our team and provide essential training and support across multiple nursing home facilities around New York City.Responsibilities:Lead and conduct clinical education and training programs for nursing staffEnsure adherence to regulatory standards and best practicesEvaluate and improve staff competencies and performanceOffer mentorship and professional development opportunitiesCollaborate with facility leadership to enhance patient care qualityConduct regular audits and assessments to ensure nursing excellenceRequirements:Current RN license in good standingMinimum of 3 years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)Proven experience in education, leadership, or trainingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel to multiple locations
