Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks. Develops, maintains and supports all systems, applications, security, and network configurations with regular system maintenance to address issues promptly and proactively. Install and connect network devices including servers to maintain local area network and server systems Troubleshoots network performance issues including Wi-Fi infrastructure. Recommends and installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems. Implements, maintains and monitors system backups, data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Configures and maintains account master data information in Active Directory. Incident handling via ServiceNow management, execution, and escalation when necessary to appropriate teams. Provides technical support via phone, emails, and remote tools and onsite visits to end-users with timely resolution. Supports ALPLA’s proprietary systems. Maintains accurate and up to date list of IT assets. Develops and maintains IT vendor and partner relationships. Develops, maintains, and provides guidance and training to end users. Coordinate with cross functional IT Teams and organizational units to provide support and successful project execution.   What Makes You Great Education: Minimum 2-year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent required Experience:  Experience with MS Office 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft Suite applications including Windows Server 2016 and other Microsoft Suite applications including Windows Server 2016 and 2019. Skills: Good computer skills Great communication skills Dependable Detail Oriented Ability to multi-task Ability and willingness to learn new programs/functions quickly Strong organizational skills Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment Advanced systems/networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, SCCM, VMWare, Cisco DNA, and Service Now Willing and able to travel up to 25%    Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
