Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 24 months. • Travel experience is required. • Experience with Meditech is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main. Required skills/experience: Must be able to assume responsibility for unit patient populations. 1 year Emergency Department, ICU and Med Surg experience. Shift & schedule requirements: Weekend and Oncall requirements TBD. Must be willing to adjust schedule to meet unit needs, float to and work in other areas as assigned and accept low census as needed. Must work required weekends and holidays.
