Position: Regional Carrier Specialist (RCS); Logistics and Transportation  Pay Rate: Starting at $21 per hourSchedule: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm for training, after that could be 11am - 8pm  Job Description:  Due to continued expansion, Forward’s Carrier Management team is seeking a Regional Carrier Specialist (RCS), at its Groveport, OH facility. Forward is seeking self-motivated individuals to successfully oversee the on-time service performance and administration of our P&D vendor network. This role is responsible to ensure that shipments are picked up and delivered on time with the applicable data entry completed. It also handles issues occurring before, during and after service; determining if additional cost is justified or charges warranted with customer consultation. They may engage with Forward’s sales and operations forces to gain full resolution.
