Your responsibilities will include: Assessing data regarding the patient's physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs based on age and developmentReporting and documenting all observed symptoms, reactions, and changes in the patient's conditionUtilizing the nursing process to direct and deliver patient care, including developing, implementing, revising, and evaluating a formal plan of careAdministering medications using the "Five Rights of Medication Administration"Providing and instructing patients and/or their families with educational information appropriate for age and learning abilitiesCreating and maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for patients, families, and visitorsOrganizing and prioritizing daily assignments to provide optimal patient careDemonstrating competency annually in assigned areas of workMaintaining patient and employee confidentiality at all timesComplying with the facility's Code of ConductFor Charge Nurse roles: Assigning staff, coaching, leading performance improvement teams, and responding to emergencies Requirements for this role include: Bachelor's degree (B.S.N.), Associate's degree (A.D.N.), or Diploma from an accredited college of nursingLicensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of NebraskaCurrent BLS, ACLS, and NRP certificationsNeed 1 year experience in settingApply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
