Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active state Physical Therapist license for Alabama is required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.Demonstrated competency with documentation systems used in SNF care, including skilled therapy documentation and restorative program development.Client requires clinicians to have experience with geriatric populations and post-acute rehabilitation.Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in inpatient, long-term care, or skilled nursing environments is preferred.Experience with restorative nursing programs, fall risk assessment, and use of common adaptive equipment is preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Location: Hartford, AL.Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
