As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be part of the Autonomy department supporting Directors and Senior Directors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Administrative Business Partner Location:Foster City, CA Pay Range: $60-$64/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Hands-on meeting scheduling, coordination, and note-taking Complete administrative tasks including booking domestic and international travel, expense reporting, calendar management, and meeting arrangements Project and event management including inception, planning, tracking, and evaluation Support the Autonomy team in operational activities to ensure efficiency Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism What's Needed? 4-6 years of administrative or executive assistant experience Bachelor's degree Strong organizational skills and ability to support a diverse team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical proficiency with Google for Business Suite, MS Office Suite, Keynote, and Apple products What's in it for me?
