Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active California state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.Client-specific requirement: ability to provide services in a long-term care/rehabilitation environment and manage caseloads typical of SNF populations.Preferred: prior experience with restorative nursing programs, documentation in electronic medical records, and familiarity with mobility and fall-prevention equipment. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.Work Days: Sunday through Saturday as needed (VMS indicates coverage across all days); guaranteed schedule reflects five 8-hour shifts per week.Assignment Length: 14 weeks.Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
