Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Arkansas PT license required to start the assignment.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Home health experience preferred, including familiarity with OASIS documentation and homebound patient evaluation procedures. (Preferred)Experience supervising PT Assistants and aides in accordance with state practice act preferred. (Preferred)Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive PT evaluations, establish measurable goals, develop treatment plans, and document in required formats and timelines.Ability to consult with physicians and interdisciplinary teams and recommend adaptive equipment when indicated.Willingness to cover patients across multiple counties, including Independence, Sharp, Izard, White, Fulton, and Jackson counties. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health.Shift: Days.Shift Requirements: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekends.Productivity Expectation: 30 points.License Requirement: Arkansas PT license.Counties Covered: Independence, Sharp, Izard, White, Fulton, Jackson.Mileage reimbursement policy listed by client.
