Candidate must have experience conducting 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.No new graduates. Minimum recent clinical experience required. (Preferred: demonstrated proficiency with outpatient musculoskeletal evaluation and plan of care development.)Ability to complete clear, concise, and timely documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry per clinic and payer guidelines.Willingness to participate in student supervision and precepting as assigned.Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements. Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and regulatory standards. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Duration: 13 week assignment.Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.Position Type: Physical Therapist responsible for 60 minute evaluation plus treatment sessions.Clinical Focus: Outpatient musculoskeletal and functional rehabilitation with emphasis on return to community activities.Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment plan development and modification, delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, and adherence to safety and compliance policies.
