Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Outpatient physical therapy experience required, including evaluations and development of individualized treatment plans.Experience with 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.Demonstrated ability to complete timely, compliant documentation, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.Experience supervising or delegating to therapy assistants or other discipline-specific staff preferred.Adherence to state Practice Act, professional licensure in good standing, and completion of state-mandated continuing education.
