Job DescriptionThe Director of Operations, Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of all food and beverage operations within a multi-use arena hosting two professional sports teams and a variety of live events. This role ensures an exceptional guest experience while driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cost control across concessions, premium dining, suites, and catering. What Success Looks LikeSeamless execution of food and beverage service during all eventsHigh guest satisfaction scores and positive fan feedbackConsistent achievement of revenue and profitability targetsStrong team performance, engagement, and retention This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences at scale.Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $105,000.00 to $115,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. For jobs in San Francisco, this includes the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee all food and beverage operations, including concessions, clubs, warehouse  Lead, hire, train, and develop a large, event-based workforce and management teamManage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure product quality and cost efficiencyEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standardsDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve speed of service, and enhance the fan experienceAnalyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and profit margins, and adjust operations accordinglyCollaborate with arena leadership, team partners, and marketing to align offerings with fan demographics and event needsOversee execution for a wide range of events, adapting operations based on attendance, audience, and event type At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. Qualifications In order to be prepared for this leadership role, qualified candidates will possess:5?10+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a high-volume venue (arena, stadium, convention center, or similar)Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitabilityExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred QualificationsExperience in multi-unit or large-scale venue operationsFamiliarity with premium hospitality services (clubs, suites, VIP experiences)Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
