Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is hiring CT Technologists for contract opportunities at a partnering Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Join a leading healthcare team and put your imaging skills to work in a role that offers both professional growth and rewarding patient care.Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology programCurrent American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography (R); ARRT (CT) certification preferredActive state radiologic technologist license (if applicable)Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred1–2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocolsCT Tech Contract Details:$2,380 - $2,666 per week*13-week contract with possibility to extendAM shifts available40 hrs/wkDuties will include, but are not limited to:Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic imagesSterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patientsExplaining scanning procedures to patientsEnsure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practicesEvaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical qualityDon’t wait, apply now for immediate consideration and take the next step toward an exciting CT Technologist contract with SHC.What We Offer:Full medical, dental, vision, life, and even pet insurance!Round the clock support.
