Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a dedicated Patient Services Manager 2 to lead the Patient Dining Program at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, CA. This leadership role is ideal for a patient‑focused professional who is passionate about service excellence, collaboration, and creating a memorable healthcare dining experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating patient satisfaction while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. What You'll Do: Evaluate, develop, and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction goalsOversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, including daily meal rounding and effective service recoveryCollaborate closely with clinical, foodservice, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall patient experienceConduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and tray accuracyExceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and successfully lead through regulatory and compliance inspections What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
