Minimum Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active North Dakota Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.Client preference: PT preferred for this opening; PT or PTA considered. Indicate PT licensure if applying for PT role.Ability to perform standard inpatient skilled nursing evaluations, plan of care development, and documentation required. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift name: Days.Shift details: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.Positions available: 1.Start timeframe: early-to-mid March start for an assignment approximately 13 weeks in length.Candidate may be required to float within the same organization as needed.
