Overview: The Kimpton Miralina Resort & Spa is seeking a part-time (Friday & Saturday only) spa receptionist to join our boutique spa! Responsibilities: Answer multi-line telephone system, screen and direct spa clients in accordance with Highgate Standards.Knowledge of spa treatment offerings Take spa reservations and relay messagesGreet persons entering SpaDirect guests to correct destinationProvide administrative and clerical support for the SpaTidy and maintain reception area Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Qualifications: High School diplomaReceptionist, Administrative, and/or Spa experience is a plusKnowledge of computers and relevant software applicationsMaintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous manner.Must be able to multitask and prioritize.Detail oriented.Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.Must be able to show initiative.Perform other duties as requested by management.
