Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Maine State PT license required prior to start of assignment.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; candidate must demonstrate competency with evaluation, plan of care development, treatment progression, and documentation in an outpatient setting.Experience with outpatient documentation systems, functional outcome measures, and letters of medical necessity preferred.Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants as appropriate.Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Duration: 13 Week assignment.Schedule: 5x8 shift pattern.Position Type: Physical Therapist responsible for evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, documentation, and patient/family education.May be asked to participate in student supervision and professional development activities.
