Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Montana Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment.BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings is required.Ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric patients and common post-acute diagnoses, including stroke, joint replacement, and cognitive impairment.Documentation experience with electronic medical records. Preferred: experience with SNF-focused EMR systems.Current vaccination and health screening documentation as required by facility policy.Preferred: previous travel therapy experience and experience supervising therapy assistants or aides.
