The Terraces of Boise in Boise, ID, a HumanGood community nationally rated as 2025-2026 Best Senior Living community for Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News & World Report, is looking for a dependable and experienced Transportation Supervisor to lead our driver team! The Transportation Supervisor role combines team leadership, scheduling, and hands-on driving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both managing people and staying active in day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in helping residents maintain independence by getting them safely to appointments, activities, and outings. Full-Time schedule: Monday - Friday from 8 AM-4PM, with occasional on-call  Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience  Job Duties: Supervise, schedule, and support a team of drivers Coordinate transportation services and resident appointments Transport residents to medical appointments, shopping, and activities Assist residents safely in and out of vehicles Maintain transportation logs and communicate schedules clearly Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and properly maintained Monitor vehicle compliance (registrations, inspections, documentation) Train staff on vehicle operation, safety, and procedures Support hiring, coaching, and performance management of team members Other duties as assigned To be successful in the role, you would have: 1–2 years of transportation or driver supervision experience (required) 1–3 years of driving experience with a clean record (required) Experience operating vans, buses, carts, and vehicles with lifts (required) Valid Driver’s License (required) Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Experience working with the senior population (strongly preferred) Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (strongly preferred) What's in it for you?  At HumanGood, we’re driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive.
