Nurse Practitioner Job DescriptionRejuve Anti Aging is a med spa and functional health facility in Franklin. We combine the latest in medical aesthetic, longevity, rejuvenating skin care, and results-oriented body treatments to help clients achieve their wellness goals. We are looking to add to our team to help with our expanding services and client base. Specifically, we are looking for a Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to help clients look and feel their best. Experience required for Neurotoxins, fillers, IV Therapy, microneedling, body sculpting, PRF. Experience in orthopedics , stem cell exozome treatments is a plus but not required.This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates without prior experience in cosmetic dermatology, or medspa setting will not be considered.ResponsibilitiesPerform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - Good Faith exams, medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefitsPerform Aesthetic Services- Deliver cosmetic injectable treatments, microneedling, IV Therapy, Joint injections, Laser hair restoration, Emsculpt NEO, and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical DirectorMaintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.Educate clients on all Rejuve Anti Aging treatment and product offeringsActively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotionsPerform prep work, properly clean and restock room as requiredMaintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environmentSkillsDuties RequiredProven experience as a Registered NurseNurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantKnowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods and proceduresKnowledge of health and safety guidelines and proceduresMust be experienced in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane)Up-to-date Tennessee licensure: NP, or PA-CMinimum 2-3 years of aesthetic experience.Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel, and other software skillsHold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff membersWork a flexible schedule including weekendsWillingness to learn new techniques and proceduresKind and professionalResponsible and compassionateStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsPatient with excellent problem-solving skillsWhat we offer:Rejuve Anti Aging offers a competitive salary with flexible schedules, generous service discounts, and ongoing training opportunities on new techniques, equipment and products.
