Description: The Carpentry Team Member is responsible for a variety of responsibilities to support carpentry projects. This role involves assisting with the installation of various carpentry features, while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery:Support your Team Leader with completing carpentry services, including decks, stairs, pavilions, pergolas, docks, porches, siding, roofing, trim, and other tasks as needed.Work as part of a team under the direction of the team leader and Carpentry municate effectively with team members and report progress on tasks.Equipment & Tool Management:Ensure all carpentry equipment is maintained, stored, and used safely and effectively. Report any equipment malfunctions or repairs that need to be made to the Team LeaderSafety and Compliance:Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for the task.Seasonal Snow Removal:Assist with snow removal duties (shoveling, plowing, saltsand application) during the winter months as necessary. Requirements: Effective verbal communication.Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.Valid driver's license.DOT Medical Certification.Availability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.Strong time management skills.Knowledge with construction machinesequipment, tools, and materials.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs or more, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive fortable working outdoors in various conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.ScheduleMonday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM (Weekends and extended hours as needed)Our ValuesAs a team member, you play a vital role in upholding our company values.
