Join us and you'll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance.Key Accountabilities:Manage, coordinate, and implement supplier quality projects, making detailed plans to accomplish quality goals and directing the integration of technical activities in a commodity based structureManage, coordinate, and implement qualification testing of engine components and systems, with little guidanceAssign, direct, and evaluate work of Supplier Quality Engineering group, and develop and maintain staff competenceWrite and review audit reports, ensuring closure of open action items, enforcing rules and closure of line callsManage the quality of procured System components, engines and materials by analyzing the relevant informationWork proactively with suppliers to define specific quality requirements and standards; including development of inspection, verification, qualification and statistical process control methodsProvide technical guidance to suppliers toward achieving part certification compliance with engineering drawings and specificationManage, develop, prioritize and execute an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure ISO-9001, process control capabilities and company quality standards are metConduct supplier audits to determine compliance with safety, emissions and Company quality standardsConfer with management personnel to establish quality control and production standards, develop budget and cost controls and prepare reports on progress and potential issuesPromote a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the RRSA Code.Perform special projects as required.Basic Requirements:Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.
