This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective planning and execution of turnaround activities related to instrumentation systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in instrumentation with substantial planning experience, and will be adept at using SAP for project management. $100/day per diem. Mobilization and Demobilization provided (mileage at the IRS rate).ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive turnaround plans for instrumentation systems, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization.í¢â‚¬¢ Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to identify and address instrumentation needs and challenges.í¢â‚¬¢ Utilize SAP to manage planning activities, track progress, and generate reports.í¢â‚¬¢ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during turnaround activities.í¢â‚¬¢ Oversee the procurement and availability of necessary tools, equipment, and materials.í¢â‚¬¢ Coordinate with vendors and contractors to facilitate smooth turnaround processes.í¢â‚¬¢ Monitor and adjust plans as needed to accommodate unforeseen issues or changes in project scope.í¢â‚¬¢ Document all planning activities and maintain detailed records for future reference and audits.Preferred Skills and Experienceí¢â‚¬¢ Proficient in SAP for managing and tracking project activities.í¢â‚¬¢ Preference for candidates based in the local area, though per diem is available for non-local candidates.í¢â‚¬¢ At least 7 years of experience in instrumentation, with a minimum of 3 years in a planning role.í¢â‚¬¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills plus excellent organizational and time-management abilities.í¢â‚¬¢ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.í¢â‚¬¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.í¢â‚¬¢ Proficiency in using planning and scheduling software.The compensation range for this role is $75/hour.
