Join us and you'll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance.Key Accountabilities:Coordinate, track and process labor summaries, parts, tooling, and accounting reports for the Large Engine Services teamCompile, prepare, review and submit warranty claims on behalf of the departmentCompile, prepare, review and submit service invoices for the departmentDetailed tracking and reporting of department's warranty requests and policy review, administration, part returns for failure analysis, fast field reports (FFRs) and FiRe platformsAssist Service Managers, Coordinators and Management with the implementation, coordination and execution of Corrective Actions in the FieldAnalyze and assist in the reduction of Work-in-Progress (WIP) working frequently with controlling, Service Managers and Coordinators to rectify and mitigate financial issuesFollow up on open warranty and WIP items/requests with the appropriate personnel in the US and/or GermanyProvide financial data and analysis, revenue projections and controlling reporting supportGenerate parts quotes and facilitate ordering as needed for the teamReview, address and occasionally manage direct government reman/rebuild and new parts contractsActively maintain records of parts ordered, status and locationDevelop proficiency with SAP, MS5, PAS CATS and TSHEETSSupport the submission process and tracking of invoices in IPP and WAWFReview and Assist Service Managers in the writing of project reports for warranty submittalMaintain, perform inventory checks and correct discrepancy of special tools and parts for all locations of TXNGProcess and track Service Managers' requests for Internal Orders, Purchase Requisitions and Purchase OrdersCreate and maintain project folders on shared drive for document retentionPromote a compliance and safety culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of ConductPerform special assignments as requiredBasic Requirements:Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship.
