And we do this work out of Care for our people, customers, communities, and the planet.   Weí¢â‚¬â„¢re a company committed to a culture of belonging, where all our people are encouraged to be themselves and grow their careers in an equitable environment.   Learn about SKF at .   Job Summary: The Export Logistics Coordinator provides support for outbound export shipments by preparing export documentation and pre-alerts.  They will work closely with customer service, warehouse, distributors, and freight forwarders/transport carriers to ensure packages are shipped on time and with the correct paperwork.   Job Duties and Responsibilities: Work in JD Edwards to properly process export orders after completion in the warehouseCreate export documentation within the Global Wizard softwareSend export pre-alert emails with tracking and export documentation to customers for export shipmentsCommunicate with customer service daily about shipment information, any special shipment requests, and JD Edward updates needed for proper document processingWork with the warehouse to ensure packages are shipped in a timely manner after completion with proper documentationUtilize the warehouse system to monitor open export orders, acquire proper information for export documentation and to ensure timely shippingCoordinate with freight forwarders and transport carriers as needed for export shipmentsFile export documentation and maintain organized filesWork with Outbound Logistics Supervisor and DC support staff to enhance export documentation processes for better efficienciesTrack export shipments for customer serviceManage communications and coordinate with truck drivers at the Driverí¢â‚¬â„¢s Check-in WindowManage and file bills of landing for outgoing shipments   Job Requirements: Must be able to walk in a warehouse environment for extended periods safelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDetail oriented; high degree of accuracyKnowledge of world geography2nd language skills a plusManage workflow using good judgment to prioritize urgent requirements   Job Education, Experience and Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred 2-3 years export documentation experience preferredJD Edwards experience preferred Exacta experience preferred Global Wizard software experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel   What Youí¢â‚¬â„¢ll Love About SKF: Rest and Relaxation.
