A well-established outpatient infusion center in Ukiah, CA is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support its cancer center for an immediate 13-week+ assignment. Pharmacist Outpatient Infusion (Oncology) Location: Ukiah, CA Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 Weeks with Potential Extension Schedule: MondayFriday, Day Shifts Compensation: $2, 850 Gross Weekly Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and verification of oncology medications Support sterile compounding in accordance with USP / standards Collaborate with physicians and nurses on chemotherapy regimens and treatment plans Monitor pharmacokinetics and adjust therapies as needed Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation Technology Platforms: EHR: Cerner Automated Dispensing: Omnicell Candidate Requirements: Active California Pharmacist License (Required) Prior experience with chemotherapy and oncology medications (Preferred) Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics and clinical oncology protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in outpatient infusion or hospital-based oncology pharmacy is a plus This position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute directly to cancer care in a patient-focused setting.
