Full-Time SLP Position Louisiana School District Soliant is seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Louisiana. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students in grades K-12, providing speech and language services to support academic and social success. Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12. Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized interventions. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student performance. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning. Provide strategies and support for generalization of skills in the classroom. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Louisiana SLP license. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Previous school-based experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Position Details: Full-time schedule. K-12 caseload. Pay Range: $45+ per hour.
