Keep reading for more details!What’s in it for you:Competitive salary depending on experience Direct Hire position - you'll be hired on directly with our client!Amazing benefit package once hired in permanentlyMedical, Dental and Vision401KPaid vacationWhat your day will look like:Manage project timelines from development through launch, keeping R&D, Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams alignedLead commercialization meetings, track progress, flag risks, and ensure projects stay on time and within budgetAssess customer opportunities for feasibility, production fit, and cost before committing resourcesCapture and share all ingredient, packaging, labor, and logistics costs ahead of launchProvide leadership with clear updates on project status, risks, and resource needsCreate, update, and maintain product and packaging specificationsTranslate recipes into compliant, production-ready documentsDefine packaging requirements and tolerances for Operations and QualityPartner with Quality to set product and packaging standardsOversee trials, first runs, and production quality during launchesTroubleshoot issues and identify ways to improve quality and efficiencyEnsure audit-ready records for compliance and traceabilityWhat we are looking for:Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)3+ years in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturingExperience with commercialization, packaging, or process developmentAbility to write and implement product and packaging specificationsKnowledge of food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, FSMA)Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)At Apex, we actively encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
