We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead a retail pharmacy team in Ogdensburg, NY. This is a direct hire opportunity with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. Schedule: MondayFriday: 9:00am 7:00pm Saturday: 9:00am 3:00pm Sunday: Closed Key Responsibilities: Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance. Train, mentor, and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure excellence in patient care and regulatory compliance. Provide immunizations, MTM, and wellness services. Counsel patients and collaborate with providers regarding medication use, interactions, and therapy management. Participate in business development initiatives within the store and community. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment. Requirements: Active New York Pharmacist license (in good standing). Immunization Certification (required). Must be comfortable administering all vaccines. Previous Pharmacy Manager experience strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
