We are now expanding our federal litigation team and seeking a passionate *Civil Litigation Attorney* to join us in Richmond.Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.*Position Overview*We are looking for a *Civil Litigation Attorney (3–4 years of experience)* with strong courtroom skills and a commitment to advocacy. The ideal candidate will have experience handling appeals in federal courts, with *Fourth Circuit experience highly preferred*. In addition to litigation, this role may involve assisting immigrant and small-business clients with *business entity formation and related matters*.*Key Responsibilities** Represent clients in federal district courts and before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.* Draft and file motions, briefs, and appellate pleadings.* Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.* Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure efficient and accurate filings.* Counsel clients on case progress and provide clear guidance through litigation and appeals.* Assist small business clients with entity formation, compliance, and other legal needs.*Qualifications** J.D. from an accredited law school.* *Active license to practice law in Virginia is required.** *3–4 years of litigation experience* with proven courtroom exposure.* Federal court and *Fourth Circuit experience strongly preferred*.* Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.* Immigration litigation knowledge is a plus (training available).* Bilingual ability (Spanish/Arabic/other) is a plus but not required.Job Type: Full-timePay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* Henrico, VA 23294 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Henrico, VA 23294: Relocate before starting work (Required)Willingness to travel:* 25% (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Henrico, VA 23294
