The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of bankruptcy experience and will be familiar with all aspects of Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 Consumer Bankruptcy. Solid experience practicing in the Middle District of Florida is a must.The candidate we select will have:* Ability to efficiently and effectively handle cases through conclusion.* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.* Ability to work collaboratively with support staff providing leadership and guidance.* Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality.Salary is based on experience.
