Our firm has built a respected reputation over the past four decades, handling high-stakes cases in civil, criminal, and family law with exceptional results and a commitment to client-centered advocacy.*Responsibilities:** Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex civil litigation matters.* Handle all phases of litigation from initial investigation through trial and resolution.* Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery, and appear in court regularly.* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary legal team to strategize and deliver optimal outcomes for clients.* Maintain clear and consistent client communication while managing expectations and goals.*Qualifications:** Active member of the Colorado Bar in good standing.* A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including significant trial and courtroom exposure.* Demonstrated expertise in both civil and personal injury litigation; catastrophic case experience is highly valued.* Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.* Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.* Business development experience and client management skills are a plus.*Compensation & Benefits:** Salary range: $200,000 – $275,000 annually, based on experience and performance.* Additional compensation for business generation.* Benefits include:* 401(k) with matching* Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off*Schedule & Work Environment:** Full-time, flexible schedule* In-office role based at our Denver headquartersIf you are a seasoned litigator ready to bring your expertise to a highly respected, client-focused law firm, we encourage you to apply.
