This position offers the opportunity to directly support mission-critical systems and end users in a professional and fast-paced setting.If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Tier 1-3 technical support; escalate complex issues as needed.Provide end-user device support: hardware deployment, replacements, peripheral installs, and driver installs.Perform Windows OS imaging and upgrades using SCCM.Ensure devices remain compliant with required cybersecurity standards.Support manual software installations, printer mapping/installs, and approved tool deployment.Process user access requests and maintain onboarding/offboarding procedures.Monitor and respond to tickets through the Help Desk system.QualificationsAssociate's Degree in IT or related field ( or equivalent experience).2+ years of help desk or IT support experience.Hands-on experience with SCCM, Windows imaging, and device lifecycle management.Familiarity with security baselines, patching, and compliance requirements.Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (active clearance a plus).
