This role is key to keeping operations running smoothly, stepping in to cover the line during breaks, and ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the entire production line within your team.Step in to cover machines or assembly stations as needed.Monitor workflow, identify issues, and ensure smooth operation throughout the shift.Support team members and maintain safety and quality standards.Qualifications:Experience as a Lead Machine Operator, Line Leader, Production Lead, or similar.Background in injection molding or molding facilities is highly preferred.Strong problem-solving skills on the production floor.Comfortable working 12-hour 2-2-3 shifts (days or nights).
